Key Responsibilities Role: International Voice Process – UK Campaigns
Shift: UK Shift (Afternoon to Late Evening IST)

• Make outbound calls to UK customers as part of our lead generation & engagement campaigns.
• Build trust and rapport with customers through professional and engaging conversations.
• Collect, validate, and update customer details accurately in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve daily productivity and quality standards.
• Follow all compliance and process guidelines during customer interactions.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or UK-friendly accent.
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in International BPO / Voice Process preferred (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• Comfortable working in UK shift timings (Afternoon – Late Evening IST).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
