Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide shipment planning, dispatch updates, and shipping document status to customers within 36 working hours. Inform customers proactively about changes in planning, dispatch schedule, and material availability from the plant. Ensure continuous communication with customers throughout production, quality, dispatch, and after-sales processes. Deliver error-free shipping documents on time to facilitate smooth and hassle-free cargo release at the destination. Adapt documentation timelines based on country-specific sailing times to ensure timely release. Input customer orders accurately and promptly into the SAP system to enable efficient production planning and dispatch. Serve as the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including CHAs, shipping lines, agents, distributors, PPC, and logistics teams. Collaborate with customers on joint development initiatives and ensure effective execution of agreed plans. Implement and monitor back-office systems to build a robust support framework for order management and communication.
