Job Description

SAP PM Implementation & Support:

Configure and implement SAP
Plant Maintenance (PM)
processes, including
equipment maintenance, breakdown & preventive maintenance, work orders, and spare parts management
.
Define and optimize
maintenance plans, calibration processes, and notifications
.
Streamline integration between
PM and MM (spare parts procurement), FI (cost tracking), and HR (workforce planning)
.
Implement
measurement readings, warranty management, and IoT-enabled predictive maintenance
in SAP S/4HANA.

Business Process Optimization:

Analyze current
maintenance and production workflows
, identify gaps, and implement
process improvements using SAP best practices
.
Define and configure
preventive maintenance strategies
to minimize breakdowns and production disruptions.
Enhance
real-time reporting, maintenance KPIs, and production performance tracking
in SAP S/4HANA.

Testing & Compliance:

Conduct
unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
for new configurations and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with
plant safety regulations, ISO standards, and quality management protocols
in SAP workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree
in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience
in SAP PM & PP, with at least
2 years in SAP S/4HANA
.
Experience in
at least one SAP implementation and one support project
.
