Job Description

As a Sales Admin Coordinator at our India Head Office in Hyderabad, your role will involve coordinating with various teams and customers to ensure smooth sales order processing and delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with the market liaison support team and customers for sales orders information - Collaborating with the mill and logistics teams for orders delivery - Liaising with the export team for product importation and logistics - Understanding trade terms and ensuring collection can be secured before delivery - Preparing Order intake report and delivery report - Following up and checking Invoice and DO from Docs team - Sending Commercial invoice and DO to customers - Sending DO and release instruction to warehouse provider - Checking inventory report from warehouse provider - Verifying material codes and volume loaded from the mill - Creating PO in SAP and sending to relative teams - Providing shipping instructions to mill team - Checking and confirming BL drafts for replenishment shipments - Preparing and submitting CR Form to IT for new route & storage location - Assisting customers with queries/requests related to their orders and required certificates - Assisting warehouse providers with queries related to stocks and deliveries Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Accounting, or Foreign Trade - Minimum 3 years of experience working with sales coordination/administration or customer service activities - Experience in an International Trading Company is a clear advantage - Positive attitude, attention to details, agility, and customer (Internal & external) orientation - Good communication, organization skills, and problem-solving skills - Mandatory fluency in English is required Join our team and be a part of our expanding operations in the pulp and paper industry in Asia!
