As an Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive in the Sales Accounts & Backoffice department, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Relationship Management: You will need to balance the need for financial recovery with customer service, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach. Your goal will be to retain the customer's business for future sales in the ceramic product line such as tiles and sanitaryware. - Process Improvement: It will be your responsibility to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the order-to-cash cycle. You are expected to propose improvements to credit policies, invoicing, and collection procedures to prevent future delinquencies. Qualifications required for this position include: - Commerce Graduate with specialization in Accountancy Field Required Skills: - Experience: Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or account management, preferably within the building materials or ceramic industry. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer conversations tactfully and professionally. - Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of basic accounting principles, invoicing, and financial analysis to interpret account data and assess creditworthiness. - Technical Proficiency: Competency in using CRM software, accounting software (e.g., ERP systems), and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience required for this position is a minimum of 3 years, and industry preference is for candidates with experience in the Ceramic Industry.
