Job Description

As an Account Management Executive, your primary responsibility will be the on-boarding and establishment of new brands in the assigned category. This involves close collaboration with Senior Business Development Managers to implement organizational policies effectively. You will be expected to identify and pursue opportunities through various channels such as inbound lead follow-ups, outbound calls, emails, and networking. Analyzing key metrics of brands to drive business expansion and identifying strategic commercial prospects will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, supporting Senior Business Development Managers in deal negotiations and closure while adhering to company norms and procedures will be part of your routine. Collaboration with colleagues and the reporting manager is essential to ensure alignment of goals with new and existing brand relationships. Proactive management of escalations and brand issues will also be a key part of your responsibilities. In this role, we expect you to not only adhere to existing systems but also actively contribute towards their improvement. A proactive approach towards exponentially growing the brands we work with, coupled with problem-solving skills, will be highly valued. Understanding the core ideology of your department and being willing to engage hands-on in the execution process is crucial. Qualifications for this role include a degree in B.Tech, BBM, or BSC with a minimum of 65% in 10th, 12th, and graduation. Proficiency in English vocabulary is essential, and knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage. A strong command of Microsoft Excel is required, along with 0-2 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.,
