Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales role located in New Delhi. The Sales professional will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client needs, and providing tailored real estate consultations. They will also be involved in making property presentations, negotiating deals, and following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales professional will participate in training and development programs to enhance their skills and stay updated with market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to generate leads
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in NCR is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
