Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our wide range of CP and sanitary ware products. The candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork to develop our dealer and distributor network in the Himatnagar region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential dealers and distributors within the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits and product presentations to promote our range.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
• Ensure timely communication and delivery of dealer schemes and offers.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Effectively communicate the Unique Selling Points (USPs) of our products.
• Provide timely market insights and competitor updates to management.
• Maintain accurate monthly sales data and reports.
• Ensure proper product display and brand visibility at retail counters.
• Manage and collect payments as per company policy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of sanitary products or a willingness to learn.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
