Duties & Responsibilities: Team Supervision Monitor daily activities of tele callers to ensure calls, follow-ups, and targets are met. Target Achievement Set daily/weekly call and booking targets for the team and ensure performance tracking. Training & Development Provide training to new tele callers on CRM software, call handling, and customer interaction. Quality Control Audit call recordings and review feedback to ensure high-quality customer service. Escalation Handling Handle complex customer issues escalated by tele callers and coordinate with CRM or Service Head for resolution. Performance Reporting Prepare and submit daily/weekly team performance reports to the CRM Manager or Service Head. Customer Retention Initiatives Drive initiatives to improve customer retention, reservice, and feedback ratings. Coordination with Service Team Liaise with service advisors and workshop team for smooth appointment handling and complaint resolution. Database & CRM Management Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of customer data in DMS/CRM systems by the team.
