Duties & Responsibilities: Team Supervision Monitor daily activities of tele callers to ensure calls, follow-ups, and targets are met. Target Achievement Set daily/weekly call and booking targets for the team and ensure performance tracking. Training & Development Provide training to new tele callers on CRM software, call handling, and customer interaction. Quality Control Audit call recordings and review feedback to ensure high-quality customer service. Escalation Handling Handle complex customer issues escalated by tele callers and coordinate with CRM or Service Head for resolution. Customer Retention Initiatives Drive initiatives to improve customer retention, reservice, and feedback ratings.
