Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and research potential new clients within the assigned territory through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research, field visits).
• Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings and and presentations with prospective customers.

• Client Engagement & Sales:

• Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our [products/services] to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
• Understand customer needs and challenges to effectively tailor and propose solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

• Market Understanding:

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Nashik and the broader region.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer needs and market demands.

• Reporting & Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the

  CRM system

  (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance summaries.
• Manage sales-related expenses within allocated budgets.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
