Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels.
  • Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
  • Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to clients.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.
  • Collect and verify necessary documents from customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7-10 years in loan sales (Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, or Personal Loans) and From Similar Banks and NBFC
  • Education: Graduate (Finance/Marketing preferred).
  • Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of loan products, documentation, and banking processes.
  • Other: Doing business on self level

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed salary + Incentives based on performance.

Experience of 1-2 years is mandate .for sales of personal loans, business loans, home loan and mortgage loans.
