Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to handle client meetings, site visits and achieve monthly sales targets in our real estate projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and explain project details clearly. Conduct site visits and present the project layout, location advantages, and amenities. Maintain strong follow-up with leads until closure. Build and maintain good customer relationships for referrals and repeat sales. Understand project documents (Patta, Chitta, EC, Layout Copy) and explain them to customers. Manage negotiation and final closing with clients. Update daily lead status & reports to management. Promote projects through WhatsApp, social media, and basic digital tools. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing. Coordinate with CRM & documentation teams for booking and agreement processes.
