Sale engineer, Application engineer

1. The candidate must have good vocabulary skills and presentation skills to market about the company and describe in detail about the past project case studies. Must be capable to tweak the presentations to suit different field customers and make the presentations accordingly

2. Plan for customer visits (Pre-RFQ stage) and understand the requirement for automation. Must be able to technically understand the requirement and the challenges related to the application

3. Prepare simple concepts across the table and take customer in confidence, explain the requirement to internal teams and get the right output for customer

4. Prepare high level BOM, Strategies and work with proper suppliers, get the quotes, and build the costing for the solution

5. Present the technical and commercial solutions to multiple levels of customers and make the necessary changes / amendments to the concept and the costing

6. Participate in E-auction, Technical discussions, Commercial Negotiations and closures

7. Discuss with internal projects team for proper handover of the project and assist them during the project phase for any scope deviation and make approvals

8. Follow up for payments and related commercial documentations from customer against the milestones

9. Attend trade shows and events to market and develop new customers

10. Must be capable to generate own leads and manage some of the accounts passed by the organization

11. Must be capable to contribute to the team targets for the FY
