Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our office-based team in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu . You will support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate effectively between clients and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms. Schedule appointments for sales representatives and manage calendars. Prepare quotations and proposals; follow up with clients as needed. Maintain customer databases and update sales records. Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly. Assist in generating sales reports and tracking performance metrics. Requirements: Prior experience in a sales coordination or administrative role. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
