Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing and developing Identity & Access Management solutions.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SailPoint IIQ customizations, workflows, lifecycle rules, and deployment frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & develop custom solutions and enhancements in SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Implement IIQ Workflows, Lifecycle Rules, Provisioning Policies & Certifications
  • Work on IIQ Governance & Lifecycle Manager Modules
  • Package and deploy IIQ changes using SailPoint SSB framework
  • Work within AWS / Linux / WAS / Windows environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams following DevOps / SCRUM methodologies

Required Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development
  • Strong programming skills in Java & BeanShell
  • Understanding of Directory Services LDAP, Active Directory
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Strong exposure to GIT for version control & development workflow
  • Sound knowledge of Identity & Access Management domain

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
