Sailpoint Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Engineer to lead and execute the upgrade of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SailPoint architecture, upgrade strategies, and integration with enterprise identity systems. Responsibilities: Plan and execute version upgrades of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow. Perform impact analysis and compatibility checks for existing configurations, connectors, and customizations. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless upgrade execution. Conduct pre-upgrade assessments, backup strategies, and rollback planning. Validate post-upgrade functionality, including workflows, policies, and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the upgrade process. Maintain documentation for upgrade procedures, configurations, and change management. Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams. Required Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow . Proven experience in SailPoint version upgrades and patch management. Strong understanding of Java , Beanshell scripting , and XML . Experience with LDAP , Active Directory , REST/SOAP APIs , and database systems . Familiarity with RBAC , access certifications , lifecycle events , and compliance policies . Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
