Role: Safety Representative Location: Kothur (Hyderabad) Duration: 6+Month (Extension) Job Description: Safety Representative (IH&S Background) We seek a highly proactive and dedicated representative to help the site IH&S owner to maintain Safety equipment Inventory and records. As a safety representative, one must know Industrial Hygiene and Safety program requirements, be capable of doing floor verification & risk assessment, and establish and maintain safety equipment's location, Inventory, Inspection frequencies, and ITMs execution compliance to maintain Safety equipments health. Up-to-date records maintaining (Soft) skills to mitigate P&G/Regulatory requirements. This will help to ensure the availability and usability of safety equipment. Tasks Develop a daily plan to field verify equipment’s details/condition and maintain records. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - gloves, goggles, clothing Respiratory Protection Equipment - respirators, canister masks, self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) Safety Shower/Eye Wash Fountain (SS/EWF) Supervised Alarm Systems Required skills and qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in any field. And 2 years of relevant experience in safety. Knowledge of industrial safety and regulations Understanding of Safety equipment and their function Records managing skills (Computer operation skills) Good behavior skills to work with P&G employees. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
