Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health and Safety Officer located in Pune. The Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with occupational health standards, and maintaining workplace safety. The officer will conduct regular safety audits, manage risk assessments, and develop strategies for accident prevention. Additionally, the role involves training staff in safety protocols and addressing any safety-related incidents or issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety skills
• Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
• Diploma in HSE certification or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of legal health and safety guidelines
• Experience of working in the construction industry
