Safety officer - ( Railway Project )

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations on railway projects, including metro and construction sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments and emergency response procedures.
Provide training to employees on safety protocols, first aid, and firefighting techniques.
Collaborate with project managers to develop strategies for improving overall safety performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

5 to10 years of experience in the railways industry or related field (metro).
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; NEBOSH certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of HSE principles, construction safety practices, and railway operations.
