Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer based in Mumbai. The Safety Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting regular safety audits, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and conducting safety training for employees. Additional responsibilities include investigating incidents and accidents, developing emergency response plans, and maintaining safety documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections
• Incident investigation and emergency response planning skills
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong communication and training skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Mumbai
• Relevant certifications in safety management or occupational health
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field
