Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer cum Trainer with a strong background in the wind sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety compliance, conducting safety audits, and delivering GWO (Global Wind Organisation) training programs to customers and new joiners at our Vadodara head office.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in alignment with company and statutory guidelines.

Conduct GWO-certified training sessions for customers, site teams, and new employees.

Carry out safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at project sites.

Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure all safety documentation, reports, and training records are properly maintained.

Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement across all teams.

Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure compliance with safety and training standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in EHS Safety.

Certification in GWO Training Modules (e.g., Working at Height, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling, Sea Survival) preferred.

2 to 5 years of experience in the Wind Energy Sector (mandatory).

Proven experience in conducting safety training programs and on-site safety management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of industry safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
