Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Rajasthan Factory Rules, Factories Act & all statutory safety regulations• Conduct plant safety inspections, checklists & maintain all statutory safety records• Monitor process safety and ensure adherence to safe operating procedures• Lead incident investigations, prepare reports & implement corrective actions• Participate in internal/external safety audits and ensure timely closure of findings• Conduct safety programs, fire drills & emergency preparedness training• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and on government/company holidaysSkill Set:• Strong incident investigation skills• Ability to conduct audits, inspections & safety training• Good communication & interpersonal skills• Flexibility for rotational shifts
