Job Description
1. General Administration activities including ensuring proper House keeping inside the office, canteen and factory premises
2. Verify for monthly utilities and Vendors bills, vehicle fuels, fast tag recharge etc.
3. Taking care of uniform issuance, safety shoes, Bus routes and local transportation.
4. Assistance in act for CSR, engagement & welfare activities of the company
5. Assistance in Legal statutory Safety, Environment and factory compliance
6. Assistance in Local liaison with various departments
Required Skill-set
1. Graduate in any discipline with Computer Literacy
2. Up to 2-3 years of experience in Admin Dept
3. knowledge of Administrative operations of the company
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. A strong commitment for smooth administrative operation with safety and environmental compliance.
