Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and monitor safety policies, PPE usage, and workplace discipline.
* Conduct safety induction, training, and toolbox talks.
* Inspect work areas, machinery, and safety equipment to ensure compliance.
* Maintain accident/incident records and conduct investigations.
* Liaise with statutory bodies and ensure compliance with Factories Act & OSH standards.
* Ensure fire safety, first aid readiness, and emergency response planning.

✔ Good reporting and documentation ability
✔ Strong communication and observation skills
✔ Proactive approach towards safety implementation
