Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Safety Officer, located in Pen with some work from home flexibility. The Safety Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations. Daily tasks include identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and training employees on safety procedures. The Safety Officer will also be responsible for reporting incidents and preparing safety documentation. Qualifications ADIS /PDIS in industrial safety after graduation Graduation consists of B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil or BSC Physics,chemistry Strong risk assessment and hazard identification skills Ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures Excellent communication and training skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment A degree or certification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is preferred Experience in the mechanical engineering or construction industry is a plus
