Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures on construction sites
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with standards
Train and guide staff on safety protocols, equipment usage, and emergency procedures
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective measures
Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation for management review
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to legal and statutory safety requirements

Recommend improvements in processes to minimize risks and enhance workplace safety
