Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement site-specific safety plans
for the building project.
Conduct daily site inspections
to identify unsafe practices, equipment, or conditions.
Ensure compliance
with OSHA, local labor laws, and environmental regulations.
Investigate accidents/incidents
on-site, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate safety training programs
for workers, subcontractors, and supervisors.
Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
and enforce compliance.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers
to integrate safety into construction planning.
Maintain documentation
of safety audits, permits, and compliance records.
Liaise with government inspectors
and regulatory authorities during site visits.
