Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Safety Equipment Sales Professional from Kochi / Kerala to manage sales across India and overseas markets (Middle East, Africa, Asia). The ideal candidate must have solid experience in selling PPE and industrial safety products along with an existing buyer network that can generate quick enquiries and orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business across India and international markets
  • Convert leads through existing buyer contacts
  • Promote and sell the full range of PPE & safety products
  • Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, and maintain margins
  • Source products from reliable Indian and overseas suppliers
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
  • Identify fast-moving safety products and market trends
  • Support expansion into new export territories

Required Experience

Candidates must have experience in selling:

  • Helmets, Coveralls, Safety Shoes
  • Reflective Vests, Gloves, Goggles
  • Respiratory Protection
  • Harness & Fall Protection

Plus:

  • Strong exposure to Indian & GCC/African markets
  • Knowledge of margins, pricing, and negotiation
  • Supplier sourcing capability
  • Experience dealing with industrial, EPC, construction, marine & contracting clients
  • Understanding of EN/ISO/CE/ANSI safety standards
  • Existing buyer network (highly important)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Based in Kochi / Kerala
  • Active in safety product sales
  • Able to work independently and achieve targets
  • Comfortable handling overseas enquiries & export documentation
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Experience with oilfield, marine or EPC clients is an advantage
