Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Looking from Manufacturing Company only

Safety Planning & Compliance

Develop and implement safety policies, SOPs, and procedures specific to fabrication, machining, and electrical panel manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with Factory Act, OSHA, IS Standards, and other statutory requirements.
Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment), and prepare control measures.

Workplace Safety Implementation

Monitor shop floor activities involving welding, cutting, grinding, assembly, machining, electrical testing, and material handling.
Ensure adherence to PPE usage across all departments.
Inspect and audit tools, machines, cranes, forklifts, electrical panels, and wiring for safety compliance.
Oversee safe execution of high-risk activities such as:
Welding & fabrication operations
Working at height
Heavy lifting and rigging
Electrical panel testing and live work
Machine shop operations (lathe, CNC, drilling, milling)

Preferred candidate profile

B.E/B. tech or Diploma
