Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, and assisting with complex sales negotiations. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and market analysis to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Sales Reporting and Market Analysis
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the food industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
