Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site SaaS Sales Specialist role located in Bangalore Urban. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers, managing relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves training customers on software features, providing exceptional customer service, and actively contributing to the development of sales strategies to drive business growth. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to deliver tailored software solutions that meet customer objectives.

Responsibility:

  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of SaaS technologies is a plus
  • Conduct product/service presentations and tailor pitches to client needs and pain points.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
