Job Title: Junior Project ManagerOverview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. The ideal candidate will assist senior project managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is well-suited for someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for learning project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track and monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare status reports, documentation, and meeting notes for stakeholders.
• Support in resource allocation and project scheduling.
• Conduct research, gather requirements, and contribute to solution proposals.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards, processes, and tools.
• Identify potential issues and escalate to senior project managers for resolution.
• Assist in post-project reviews and documentation of lessons learned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related roles.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Certification in project management fundamentals (e.g., PMP,CAPM, Prince2 Foundation) is an advantage.
• Interest in SaaS, technology projects, or enterprise solutions.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior project management role.
