Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rural Team Leader located in Panskura. The Rural Team Leader will oversee daily operations in rural areas, lead a team to execute PhonePe's strategy, manage relationships with merchants, and ensure the effective implementation of digital payment solutions. Responsibilities include training team members, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and achieving targets.

• Leadership, Team Management, and Training skills
• Experience in Sales and Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Digital Payments and Fintech solutions
• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in rural areas
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages is an advantage
