Purpose of the Job: The purpose of this position is to act as an interface between Apollo Tyres Ltd. and its Rural Dealers, ATS+SD, end Customer and in doing so ensure customer delight resulting in higher revenue for the Organization.
Major Responsibilities: Manage primary sales in the assigned RBU, as per monthly/annual target.
Achieve target volumes of each AVK/ARD/RED in RBU with innovation Manage working of RBE, enhance their knowledge, product training & skill development Maintain network of Apollo Tyre Sarpanch & Sub Dealer attached to each AVK/ARD Dissemination of information to AVK/ARD/RED/ATS/SD regarding trade promotions / offers or any communication from Apollo Maintain Apollo rural branding in all network partner & villages Organising customer awareness programs & product promotion initiative in consultation with CSE/Product Support team Generating MIS / data base on the sales trend, schemes etc w.r.t. Apollo & competition Market intelligence on competitor activity and market trend in the tyre industry. Increase market coverage to appoint new network as per target Implementation of POS at AVK/ARD level for all transactions with ATS/SD & Apollo Implementation of AQS in AVK/ARD. Customer satisfaction with the support of CS team Adherence to all the company guidelines on sales and commercial. Business Development and demand generation in the assigned territory Ready to travel extensively in rural areas & villages Skills: Sales Management
Relevant Experience: 3-6 years
Education Qualification(s): MBA
