Rural Activation Operations Manager

As an operations expert at MarketMen's Rural Activation Division, your role will involve planning, researching, and executing rural outreach programs across India. You will be responsible for building playbooks and execution blueprints for various activities such as school campaigns, haat bazaars, mandi demos, panchayat engagements, tractor rallies, village-level SHG sessions, rural health camps, retailer & mechanic meets, farmer field days, and market yard activations. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors, promoters, logistics teams, and field partners while working closely with the BD & strategy team for implementation and reporting. You will also be required to design formats for daily MIS, geo-tagging, photo proof, and ROI measurement. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3 years of experience in rural on-ground campaigns - A strong network of rural vendors/promoters is a plus - Comfortable traveling to tier 2/3 towns and rural belts - Proficiency in documentation, reporting, budgeting, and vendor management - Ability to handle 3rd-party logistics, client escalations, and execution pressure MarketMen, with over 37 years of experience in experiential marketing, is the preferred partner for urban & rural brand activations, events, retail branding, and outreach programs. They have handled 1,000+ campaigns across India for industry-leading brands and are now focusing on expanding their Rural Activation Division.
