About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Ruby on Rails Developer with strong programming foundations and real-world experience in building scalable, cloud-based web applications. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex problems collaboratively—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, with working knowledge of Java or Python

✅ Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills

✅ Experience in designing and implementing cloud-hosted production applications

✅ Proficiency in any one database technology (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra)

✅ Understanding of RESTful microservices architecture

✅ Experience with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ

✅ Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration
