Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to oversee the B2B and B2C systems within the hospitality domain. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and developing web applications, maintaining existing applications, and integrating data storage solutions. Your role will involve creating back-end components, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs, and establishing and managing APIs, including connections with 3rd party APIs. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience with Ruby on Rails and common libraries like RSpec and Resque. A solid understanding of object-oriented programming, server-side templating languages, front-end technologies, and design principles behind scalable applications is essential. Proficiency in writing clean, readable Ruby code, integrating multiple data sources, creating database schemas, and using code versioning tools and development aiding tools is required. Familiarity with continuous integration and domain knowledge in Hospitality (Lodging) & Insurance would be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Pune.
