Job Description

As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 2 years of RTR or general accounting experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks in Chennai, where SAP knowledge is mandatory: - Journal entry processing with a focus on ensuring the accuracy of financial records - Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and investigating any variances that may arise - Performing month-end closing activities and preparing relevant reports - Managing fixed asset accounting, which includes capitalization and depreciation processes - Providing support for inventory accounting and standard costing when required - Executing operational tasks related to the RTR cycle efficiently - Ensuring timely delivery of reports and tasks according to agreed SLAs - Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements - Maintaining compliance with internal controls and reporting standards The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Strong knowledge of SAP - Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes - Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
