RTO Executive - Automobile

An RTO (Regional Transport Office) Executive in an automobile dealership manages all tasks related to vehicle registration, transfer, and licensing, ensuring compliance with RTO regulations. Key responsibilities include handling new registrations, renewals, and ownership transfers, submitting all necessary documents to the RTO, and resolving any issues that arise with vehicle paperwork. This role also involves customer support for RTO-related inquiries and maintaining accurate records.  Responsibilities ·        Manage vehicle registration and licensing processes. ·        Ensure compliance with RTO regulations and guidelines. ·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation. ·        Liaise with RTO authorities and resolve any issues or discrepancies. ·        Handle renewals and cancellations of vehicle registrations and licenses. ·        Provide support and guidance to clients regarding RTO procedures. ·        Prepare and submit periodic reports to management. Qualifications ·        Minimum H.S.C. ·        Minimum 1 year of experience in RTO operations or a similar role. ·        Strong understanding of RTO regulations and procedures. ·        Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. ·        Effective communication and interpersonal skills. ·        Customer service ·        MS Office Suite ·        Time management ·        Problem-solving ·        Attention to detail
