RTA & Operation Associate

*RTA & Operation Associate* with 1+ year of experience required for a *capital market organisation* based in *Mumbai*

JD:

- Assist in processing Rights Issues, including entitlement calculation, application data handling, and coordinating with depositories for credit of shares

- *Support the team in handling IPO operations* , coordinating with exchanges (NSE/BSE), depositories (NSDL/CDSL), banks, and clients

- *Prepare and maintain* required data for SEBI reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

- Coordinate with SCSBs for daily bid data collection, verification, and reconciliation

- *Help in preparing invoices and documentation* related to public issues and corporate actions

- Assist in admitting new companies on NSDL/CDSL, creation of ISINs, and updating issuer data

- *Perform fund reconciliation for issue accounts and support in reviewing basis of allotment*

- Maintain proper records, reports, and *ensure compliance under SEBI* and depository regulations

- *Provide operational support* to senior team members and respond to client queries via email and calls

Salary up to *Rs 25,000 per month*
