R.S.O.T/Cashier for IRD/Restaurant

Order Taking & Guest Service

• Greet guests politely and assist them with menu selections
• Take dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders accurately
• Clarify customer preferences, special requests, and dietary requirements
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and service team

Billing & Cash Handling

• Generate bills accurately using POS/billing system
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and digital payments responsibly
• Ensure correct change is given and receipts are issued
• Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift

Customer Experience

• Ensure fast and friendly service at the counter
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely order delivery

Hygiene & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness of the cashier counter and POS area
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Adhere to company policies and operational procedures

Team Support

• Support service and kitchen teams during peak hours
• Assist with basic administrative or reporting tasks if required

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic math and cash-handling ability
• Familiarity with POS systems (preferred)
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Well-groomed, polite, and service-oriented attitude
• Prior restaurant or retail experience is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
