RSM (P&L Head)

Fintm is looking for a dynamic and experienced P&L Head to spearhead franchise sales growth, maximize business profitability, and drive strategic expansion in key markets. The ideal candidate should possess proven expertise in sales leadership, team building, and operational efficiency within the franchise or retail sector. Responsibilities: - Take ownership and manage the Profit & Loss account of the franchise business unit. - Develop strategic plans to drive sales growth in both existing and new markets. - Focus on operational excellence to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales and business development teams. - Cultivate relationships and partnerships within the franchise/retail networks. - Analyze market trends to pinpoint new business opportunities. - Ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI on all business initiatives. Requirements: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or P&L management. - Strong background in franchise or retail operations. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results. - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills. - Experience in scaling operations and launching new markets is advantageous.
