Description
As an experienced R&S ACI Designer/Architect with 8+ years of experience in the Australia Time Zone, your role will involve leading the design and architecture of Cisco ACI solutions to ensure optimal application delivery and seamless network integration. You will define network segmentation, security policies, multi-tenant design, and automation strategies within the ACI fabric. Additionally, you will design and implement routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and interface with external networks like L3Outs and ACI-to-Cloud. Developing high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD) for data center network architecture, ACI deployments, and automation will also be part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading the design and architecture of Cisco ACI solutions - Defining network segmentation, security policies, multi-tenant design, and automation strategies within the ACI fabric - Designing and implementing routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VXLAN - Developing high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD) for data center network architecture, ACI deployments, and automation - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align ACI solutions with business and technical requirements - Troubleshooting complex network issues and optimizing performance To excel in this role, you should have: - Extensive experience in designing and implementing Cisco ACI in large-scale enterprise or service provider environments - Strong understanding of R&S principles including Layer 2/3, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and MPLS - Expertise in ACI components such as APIC, spine/leaf architecture, tenants, bridge domains, and contracts - Familiarity with ACI integration with VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure - Experience with network automation tools like Ansible, Python, Postman, etc. - Cisco certifications such as CCNP Data Center, DCACI, CCIE are preferred - Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills This job requires someone with a deep understanding of Cisco ACI and R&S principles, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and performance optimization.,
