RPA UiPath Technical Delivery Manager

As an RPA UiPath Technical Delivery Manager at Barclays, you will play a key role in leading the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. Additionally, exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position. Desirable skills for this role include RPA development experience with tools like Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, or additional UiPath certifications. A Scrum Master certification would also be advantageous. The main purpose of this role is to lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives. Your key accountabilities will include effectively leading engineering teams, overseeing timelines, managing risk, and prioritizing tasks to ensure successful solution delivery within scope, time, and budget. Additionally, you will mentor team members, evaluate and enhance engineering processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and enforce technology standards to deliver high-quality solutions. If you are appointed as an Assistant Vice President, you will be expected to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and ensure operational effectiveness.
