RPA UiPath Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  L1 , L2 and L3 support teams

  for UiPath RPA solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, production monitoring, incident triage, and resolution.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, infrastructure, and Infosec teams to resolve issues and address requirements.
• Manage service requests, bug fixes, and enhancements for existing automations.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
• Review and optimize existing workflows for performance, stability, and scalability.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and regular reviews for the support team.

• Maintain knowledge base, SOPs, and runbooks for efficient L1/L2 operations.

• Drive continuous improvement and propose automation opportunities within support processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 58 years of IT experience, with 3–4 years in

  UiPath RPA development and support

  .
• Strong expertise in

  UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues, and Scheduling

  .
• Proven experience in

  leading L1/L2/L3 teams, incident management, and production monitoring

  .
• Hands-on experience in exception handling, debugging, logging, and bot performance tuning.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and scripting (VB.Net, C#, or Python) preferred.
• Familiarity with infrastructure setup, deployment, and RPA security standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Advanced Developer / Solution Architect certification.
• Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Experience with cloud-based deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate and Python) is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
