What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers and tech leads.

Design, develop, and deliver automation solutions using leading RPA tools.

Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and create impactful solutions.

Work on APIs, system integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Manage automation projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ensure best practices, compliance, and security in automation delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

7–9 years of experience in IT with strong RPA expertise (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).

Knowledge of Java, Selenium, and databases.

Strong experience with APIs, integrations, AWS/Azure.

Proven team leadership and project management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
