Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled RPA Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our automation team. This role is crucial for driving efficiency and transforming business processes through Robotic Process Automation. Your primary responsibility will involve assisting in the design, development, and testing of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This includes analyzing existing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and documenting current and future state processes. You will be responsible for developing robust and scalable RPA bots using UiPath, which includes creating workflows, sequences, activities, and complex decision logic. Your expertise in UiPath will be paramount for building effective automation solutions. Furthermore, you will be involved in thorough testing of the developed bots, ensuring they meet functional requirements, performance benchmarks, and error handling protocols. You will also contribute to troubleshooting and debugging existing RPA processes, identifying root causes of issues, and implementing corrective actions. Collaboration with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams will be essential to understand requirements, integrate RPA solutions with existing systems, and ensure successful deployment.
