Senior RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of complex automation processes from UiPath to Blue Prism.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Translate UiPath workflows into optimized Blue Prism processes, addressing compatibility and performance challenges.
• Ensure coding standards, reusability, and best practices across all automation.
• Perform reviews of design, code, and solution documents to maintain quality.
• Drive end-to-end testing, deployment, and hypercare support of migrated bots.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, provide root cause analysis, and propose long-term fixes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of designs, migration steps, and operational processes.

Required Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in UiPath and Blue Prism

  : Process Studio, Object Studio, Work Queues, Control Room, Orchestrator, REFramework, credential management, and exception handling.

• Migration Expertise

  : Proven track record in large-scale UiPath to Blue Prism migrations.

• Programming/Scripting

  : Strong background in

  .NET (C#/VB)

  for custom scripting.

• Databases & Integrations

  : Skilled in SQL queries, APIs, and web services integration with RPA.

• Version Control & CI/CD

• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.

Qualifications
