Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and proactive UiPath RPA Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation workflows using UiPath. This role requires a strong understanding of RPA best practices, hands-on experience with UiPath tools, and the ability to support bots in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
• Perform code fixes, refactoring, and remediation of bots in production.
• Maintain and monitor bots using UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management and scheduling.
• Develop reusable components using REFramework and follow best practices.
• Integrate automation with external systems via APIs, web services.
• Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot post-deployment issues.
• Provide L2/L3 support for deployed bots and ensure business continuity.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Proficiency in Excel, Email, Web automation, Queue management, and Macros.
• Experience with Linq, VB.NET/C#.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Certified (UiRPA / UiARD / UiADP).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based automation and AI/ML integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for RPA deployments.
