Job Description

Opportunity for RPA Developer - Robot Framework/RoboCorp:

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Robot Framework or RoboCorp using Python.
Design and implement test cases for web, API, and desktop applications.
Build and deploy RPA bots for business process automation.
Integrate automation with tools like Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and Docker.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business teams to understand requirements.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation failures and optimize performance.
Maintain documentation for automation processes and test cases.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field (mandatory)
MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science (desired)

Experience:

1-4 years of work experience (mandatory)
Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects (desired)

Technical Knowledge:

Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and libraries like Selenium Library, RoboCorp, etc.
Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and version control workflows.
Understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms
Basics in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Knowledge of test automation best practices and design patterns.
Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
Experience with RPA tools (e.g.,Robot Framework, Robocorp, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
